2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to schedule and complete a service visit:

• Transaction records: the work performed, the invoice and the warranty term. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information.

3. Text messaging & mobile data

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your appointment: confirmations, the technician’s arrival window, and follow-up about the work. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of getting service.

The only parties that ever see your mobile number are the messaging platform that delivers our texts on our behalf and, where required, your own mobile carrier.

5. Cookies and tracking
